David is available as a consultant, accepts commissions for articles and books and is available as a conference speaker to give presentations and lead workshops, on the following topics:

• environmental building and refurbishment
• sustainable development and sustainable business opportunities
• climate change and meeting its challenges
• renewable energy/low carbon technologies such as solar, wind, hydro, biofuels, etc.
• eco-minimalism - making more from less - and improving quality of life.

He has 25 years' experience of research, consultancy and communicating environmental issues. His latest initiative is Green Deal Advice, which provides sustainable refurbishment renewables advice to help property owners make the most of the Green Deal, Feed-in Tariffs and Renewable Heat Incentive.

David can visit a property and produce a report with recommendations for sustainable renovation that will reduce bills substantially and produce a healthier, warmer and drier home. The cost depends on the size of property but is typically around £100.
